In accordance with the FMCSA and the U.S. Dept. of Transportation, Federal Regulation CFR 49 382, all employers of CDL drivers are required to to 1) enroll in the Clearinghouse Program and 2) Conduct Clearinghouse Queries upon hiring a drivers AND every 12 months thereafter.
